We offer a 30-day return policy for all individual items purchased through our online store.

• Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the tarot deck and guidebook kit must be unused. Because tarot decks are a deeply personal and physical item, we cannot process full refunds on decks that have been handled beyond deck fanning, or books with a broken binding (glue separated from the book spine). 

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your deck arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing cards, printing errors) or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will happily send a replacement kit at no extra cost to you.

If you need to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team via our website contact page or email.

• Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.

• If reporting damage, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the mailing address for the return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Quality Assurance & Packaging

Prior to shipping, we personally inspect each outgoing unit for external damage and internal content. We do this to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, without ever handling your actual deck or cracking the spine of the guidebook.

Processing

• All single tarot deck and guidebook orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• We offer standard ground shipping as well as expedited options if you need your deck sooner.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
