Because our Reseller sets are sold at a significantly discounted wholesale/bulk rate, they are subject to different terms:

Final Sale: All bulk reseller bundles (such as the 5-Kit pack) are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer's remorse or unsold inventory.

Partial Order Damage/Defects: We quality-check all bulk orders prior to shipment. However, if individual kits within your reseller bundle arrive damaged or feature manufacturing defects, we will issue a replacement or a prorated refund for the specific impacted kits.

To request a replacement for a damaged reseller item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos of the affected merchandise.

If you need to report a damaged item from a reseller order, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team via our website contact page or email.

Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.

If reporting damage, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the mailing address for the return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

As often as possible, and with your permission, we will personally deliver the decks to your shop. We would love to see your shop and how you might display them.
When shipping is necessary (or requested):
Quality Assurance & Packaging
Prior to shipping, we personally inspect each outgoing unit for external damage and internal content. We do this to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, without ever handling your actual deck or cracking the spine of the guidebook.
Processing
- Because bulk reseller sets require extra care and verification, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
